About Us

Orange Communities was founded in 2022 to provide clean, safe, affordable housing.

Our Company acquires, improves and actively manages manufactured housing communities in the southeastern United States. We currently own and operate three properties totaling over 100 pads in North Carolina. Our goal is to grow to over 1,000 pads under management within the next 3 years. We are actively seeking to acquire properties in excess of 25 pads that would benefit from hands on, institutional quality management.
